Workforce Managment (Temporary)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Workforce Management for 6 months to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, report generation, and the use of tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources. 
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Generate periodic reports in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries to extract and/or transform relevant information from databases.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand information needs.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of the analyzed data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months, of experience in data analysis
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, and any data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Ability to handle large datasets and extract relevant insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • English level 85% (verbal & written).
