IT Trainer for call center

We are looking for a Training Specialist with previous work experience in an IT Account in the Call Center environment.
You will be in charge of the training plans for the account, creating content and building training plans, answering questions regarding Windows, Hardware, Networking and other technical issues for the new hires.

Some of your responsibilities:
•Provide refresher trainings as and when required
•Proficient with all ServiceDesk tools and processes
•Analyze all training requirements and document the same
•Design and Develop Training Offerings suitable for both Instructor-Led 
•Liaise with the Operations Management team to plan, schedule, and deliver training.
•Develop and deliver Updated Training Modules and Process Updates
•Gathers and summarizes course evaluations to provide data for review by program lead and management 
•Participate in the training audit program 
•Design and Develop Assessments 

Requirements:
•Min. Qualification : Studies in IT
•Min. Experience : 1 year
•Knowleddge Required: Office 365, Windows OS, ITIL preferred
•Flexible to work in different shifts;
