Technical support level 1 (Support in Windows and Office 365)

We are looking for agents to provide tech support for Windows and Office 365. The agents will be on the phone and chats of the company's direct clients to solve the technical cases that take place. This technical support may be done remotely to guide the client and provide a solution. 

Requirements 

  • Computer Science student 
  • Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 (desirable) 
  • Knowledge of VPN, RAM memory, hardware and software 
  • Advanced English 

The process will have a 6-week training on the efficient performance of all tasks
