Monitoring - Back Office (Database)

We are looking for back office agents with experience in  to provide technical support and data bases.


In this role you will be in charge of reviewing the proper functioning of the alerts related to the internet connection, or data base in the client's stores where the service is provided remotely. Also, you will have to carry out the firmware and software updates of the network devices in our clients' environment through chats.

Requirements:
Advanced English (80%).
Previous experience in call center is desirable.
With an academical background in databases
