We are looking for call center agents with experience in tech support and cloud. The vacancies are for our important client in UP1, in Heredia.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in technical support (desired).
  • 1 year of experience in call center (desired)Knowledge in cloud systemsknowledge or experience in VPN, printers, hardware, Office, Outlook, password resets, phone registration,  Android, issues with platforms or other applications.
  • Advanced English (85%).
  • Knowledge in Windows.
