Technical support Specialist (Support in Windows and Office 365)

We are looking for agents for the 1.5 level in on the phone and chats to resolve authentication cases and Office 365 and Windows cases. The agents will solve the issues through assigned tickets 

 
Requirements: 

  • 1 year experience in call center providing tech support 
  • Knowledge or experience in Office 365 and Windows support 
  • Advanced English 
  • Computer Science -or related- student
